These cover the effect of communication media (the inhibitor) in reducing HIV/AIDS spread, analysis of spread of infectious disease problem subject to variability of level of hygiene (the inhibitor), and studying the prey-predator system under various external influences (the inhibitors). Finally, some real case studies of Consolidity versus Inhibitors effect analysis are presented. Applications of the new paradigm are open to most real life disciplines such as: life sciences, ecology, environmental science, agronomy, engineering, materials sciences, chemistry, biology, medicine, pharmacology, psychiatry, political science, sociology, humanities, mass communications and education. Such paradigm provides the proof of concept of the theory of change previously proposed. The new paradigm is presented for both the forward and backward (reversible) progress. The inhibitors are characterized by their ability to slowdown or speed-up the physical systems progress without being part of their mathematical formulations. In this paper, the first Consolidity-based inhibitors theory of change paradigm is introduced based on the two levels of "Time driven-Event driven" parameters change configuration.
